Access to the Fan Zone in Warsaw
Entrances
All 7 of the entrances to the fan zone will be accessible for wheelchair users. Two of the entrances will be signposted as accessible for all disabled supporters, and trained volunteers will be close by to offer their help and support should it be needed.
Stopping places
Drop-off points for both public and personal transport can be found on Złota Street.
Disabled supporters platform
There will be platforms for disabled fans located in front of the two spectator stands. There will be enough room for 10-15 disabled fans with their personal assistants on each platform. There will be a possibility to book places on platforms through a special application form to be found on the UEFA EURO 2012 website on the tab with information for disabled fans.
Toilets
60 toilets - 10% of the total in the fan zone - are accessible and exclusively for disabled supporters to use.
Catering
7 catering centres will be accessible for disabled supporters.
Information
You will be able to find trained volunteers near to the accessible entrances to the fan zone in information points. The volunteers will also be able to communicate through Polish and International sign language.
Transport
The city of Warsaw offers disabled fans the possibility of ordering special transport vehicles. The phone number for calling such a vehicle will be made available on the UEFA EURO 2012 website on the tab with information for disabled supporters.
