Access to the Fan Zone in Lviv

 

 

 

The official fan zone of Lviv is right in the heart of the city on Svobody Avenue (Freedom Ave)

 

Opening hours:


On match days 12:00-00:00
On non-match days 14:00-22:00

 

 

Seats for disabled fans

 

The space for disabled fans will be separated with a fence and marked with relative signage. The disabled supporters section will be 180 sq.m in size.



The section is located within 20m of the screen.

 



Seats Booking

 

Disabled fans can book a place for themselves and for their assistants/accompanying persons by phoning +38 032 297 55 55

 

 

Toilets

 

The nearest accessible toilet is located at a distance of 15m from the places for disabled spectators.

 

In all toilets within the fan zone, 1 toilet cubicle will be accessible for disabled people. Voluntary staff will ensure that accessible toilet is free for disabled supporters only.

 

 

Dedicated Entrances

 

3 main and 3 evacuation entrances with a width of 3.50m will be accessible and have relative signage.

 

 

Public Transport and Parking

 

Accessible parking and drop off points will be at Hnatiuk Street (40m from the entrance) and Mickiewicz Street (135m from the entrance). There is a total of 60 parking spaces. No dedicated transportation service to bring disabled supporters from the fan zone to the stadium is planned.

 

 

Refreshment Facilities


Trade outlets, shops and dining places in the fan zones will have low counters and will be accessible.

 


Information

 

Two information centres will operate before and during UEFA EURO 2012, where disabled fans can receive information. Starting from 1st June,  the call centre will operate (phone: +38 032 297 55 55) and hot line (phone: 15-80)

 

 

The staff working in the fan zone will all receive basic disability awareness training.
